Ok, I’ll fill you in on everything! Last year I failed all my AS levels apart from one, so this year my college thought it would be a ell good idea to put me back on subjects I didnt have a choice in. There was no point in me doing subjects I didnt like or feel passionate about so I left. For the first few weeks I carried on working at Topman - started my top level book and shit. But then I hated the fact I was relying on over time and spite all the help like painting the store, 13 hour shifts and doing stock takes - Topman still wouldn’t up my contract from 4 hours a week. So I thought ‘fuck this I want to try different career paths’. I’ve always found the modelling industry fascinating, Im not good looking or tall enough to become and model and the idea of being one doesnt appeal to me but I’ve always wanted to try and become a model agent/booker. So I sat down one day and applied to a few agencies for internships - Oxygen Models got back to me within 5 minutes offering me an interview. Along side this, in the same day the The Fashion Retail academy called me up offering me a place next year to do a management course. So I went to my interview with Oxygen and was told that because I didnt know how to use Photoshop or have any webdesign skills it was unlikely I’d get it. Leaving defeated and pissed off I spent the weekend with my friend in London. The following monday I got a call back offering me a trial day, and I’ve stayed there since then. So next year I have a few choices, if I get given a job out of this internship - I’ll take it, if not I’ll go to the FRA!

So thats why I’ve been busy and not blogging, I work 6 days a week sometimes 7, and barely have time to watch tv let alone blog!
